SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Pre-order Information

• Products may be available for pre-order before reaching our fulfillment center.

• The specified date next to the product name is when stock is expected, and orders will be shipped accordingly.

• Shipping and Delivery Process

• Allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

• Orders are dispatched when all items are ready.

• Delivery within two (2) – eight (8) business days.

• Tracking information provided in a confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order

• Receive a shipping confirmation with a 'Track Order' button.

• For pre-orders, wait until the expected arrival date for the shipping confirmation.

• Delays beyond the quoted timeframe are investigated by our courier.
